What is iBoogie?
iBoogie™ is a digital distribution platform with a niche product. End users access music in our database via our niche product iBoogie QAC™ or through snippet music previews via www.iboogiemusic.com. Artists are able to sell iBoogie QAC™ hand to hand to music fans for profit. iBoogie QAC™ is a DOWNLOAD CARD strictly for the purpose of fans to be able to download music from artists they like and support.
• Through our Digi99 Campaign, artists are able to submit music for our preview catalog. Our digital download serivce is exclusively for Digi99 artits ONLY as well as placement in DigiWorld Magazine.
• Snippet previews of Singles, Albums, & Mixtapes are available for preview on iBoogie™.
• Full access to music content in our database is available for download via the purchase of iBoogie QAC™ or on our website.
*This service is not a streaming service. We are not a streaming platform; no subscribers; no monthly subscriptions. Music is databased on our website and servers an is played via iBoogie QAC purchased by end users. End users are purchasing a download with the ability to be streamed via iBoogie QAC. We do not pay streaming royalties. We offer download sales reports for PRO reporting. We DO track plays and analytics.
How do I get on iBoogie. Is there an approval process?
Join the iBoogie catalog by submitting a music link for review. Singles, albums or mixtapes are excepted. Our team reviews each submission for approval. We are checking for:
• Digital presence
• Music quality, market/brand ability
• Overall Marketing
• We are looking for artists already selling or interested in selling MP3 downloads
• Artists actively doing gigs, shows or touring
iBoogie is looking for artists that may be interested in releasing exclusive releases on our platform iBoogie Music. In doing so, we are offering those selected print magazine promotion in DigiWorld Magazine and selected individuals will be able to sell downloads on our digital distribution platform iBoogie Music. Artists get 85% iBoogie gets 15%. Are You Ready to Make Music Sales Again!
How long does it take to process and activate my submission?
It takes 5 to 7 business days from the time iBoogie approves submission and receives all required information for an artists to be setup in the iBoogie database and for music to be processed. It takes around 7 to 10 business days for iBoogie QAC production and shipping on the first order; 3 to 5 business days on shipping after first order.
What is DigiFizzy™ Distribution?
Sell digital music physically. With iBoogie QAC™, artists now have a viable alternative to making physical sales again. Great for shows, tours and festivals. A great addition to merch tables or for promotion especially in this smartphone, on the go culture.
iBoogie gives artists the abiltiy to make physical sales with our medium for physical distribution called iBoogie QAC™. iBoogie QAC™ is similar to CDs and can be treated the same from a retail/merch aspect. With a UPC barcode artists have the option to sell digital music through retail stores or make hand to hand sales. Once in our database, artists can buy iBoogie QAC™ for distribution in different quantities as needed.
What info comes on the Artist Music Page on www.iboogiemusic.com?
Every artist has a music playlist page on iBoogie.
The music page will include:
• Single, mixtape or album audio
• Redeem Download Link (optional)
• Album Credits
What is the difference between a Single, EP and Albums?
When creating a submission through iBoogie there are three options, Single, Mixtape or Album.
Single:
• The release is one to three (1-3) tracks; Maxi Single at least 3 tracks.
• The entire release is 30 minutes or less and all individual tracks are less than 10 minutes.
Album:
• EP - The release has a total of four to six (4-6) tracks and the entire release is less than 30 minutes.
• LP - The release has a total of four to six (7 or more) tracks and the entire release is at least 30 minutes.
• Compilation - The release has a total of four to six (7 or more) tracks and the entire release is at least 30 minutes.
Mixtape:
• Street Release - The release has have any amount of tracks and the entire release is at least 30 minutes.
How much should I sale my iBoogie QAC™ for?
You can sell iBooge QAC for whatever you think your FANS or music consumers will pay but we suggest:

• Maxi Singles - $5.99
• Mixtapes - $9.99
• EP Albums - $7.99
• LP/Compilation Albums - $12.99
Am I able to design my own insert?
No, iBoogie does not allow artists to design their own iBoogie QAC insert at this time.
What are the artwork requirements?
• Your artwork file must follow these requirements:
• 3000 x 3000 pixels maximum; 1400 x 1400 pixels minimum
• PNG, GIF, JPG, or JPEG file type. Less than 25mb
• 150 - 300dpi (350dpi is the max)
• LP/Compilation Unique to this particular title. We cannot accept artwork that has been used for another title. The uploaded image must match your physical album cover artwork. RGB color scheme (not CMYK)
*IMPORTANT: If your artist name and the title of your release appear on your cover artwork, it MUST precisely match the information you provided in the submission form of your project. The text should be identical. For instance, if the artist name you provided is 'MC Such & Such' the text on your artwork should NOT say 'MC Such & Such & The Band'" -or even better- "For instance, if the artist name you provided is 'MC Such & Such' the text on your artwork should NOT say 'MC Such & Such Band'.
*Please note that generic artwork (such as a solid color square with no text) may not be accepted. We recommend including identifying information on the cover image, so long as it meets our other guidelines.
What you can't add on your cover art?
• Website URL
• Social network symbols or information (i.e., Facebook links, Twitter handles, etc).
• Contact information (i.e., email addresses, phone number).
• Pornographic images
• Pricing information
• Copyrighted images
• Scan of a CD (it must be retail-ready artwork)
• UPC barcode
• The cover art refers to physical or digital versions of the album (i.e., CD, Disc, Digital Exclusive, Digital Version, etc)
• The cover image is blurry, pixelated or has other quality issues.
• The cover art promises content that the album doesn't contain (i.e., "includes DVD", "includes free stickers", etc)
• The cover art up-sells to another product (i.e., merch, other albums by same artist, etc)
• Graphic depictions of violence or gore
• The word "new" or any time-sensitive reference cannot be included.
What are iBoogie's fees?
For digital items, iBoogie’s fee is 15%. Payment processor fees are separate and vary by transaction size, but typically range between 4 and 6%. Payments are made weekly through square payroll.
What formats are downloads delivered?
We deliver downloads in MP3, WAV & sometimes AIFF formats. Coupon Code allows fan the ability to download music files up to 3 times and fans have 30 days to redeem download.
How iBoogie QAC Works:
1. FAN Purchases iBoogie QAC
FAN purchases iBoogie QAC from artist, merch table, gas station, music store, mom & pops, etc. This purchase represents the one-time access fee for end users.
FAN can scan code on back of insert to preview the music release before purchase.
2. Scan Integration for Music Access
FAN removes the card from inside the case and scans the code on back of card for Full Music Access to that particular release ONLY!
3. Music Access
FAN has the option to stream and/or download music instantly once music is accessed. Some restrictions may apply per release.
Fans can Scan, Connect, Listen as much as the want via the code on back of the iBoogie QAC or...
Fans can download the music to their phone and listen that way.
FAN must have Coupon Code to redeem download.
*Coupon Code allows fan the ability to download music files up to 3 times and fans have 30 days to redeem download.
4. For Your Phone
iBoogie™ is made for smartphone use via aux. connections or Bluetooth devices.
