How do I get on iBoogie. Is there an approval process?
You can join the iBoogie catalog by submitting a music link for review; singles, albums or mixtapes. Our team reviews each submission for approval. We are checking for:
- Digital presence/fan base
- Music quality, market/brand ability
Will need:- UPC Barcode
- Cover Art
- Any insert details
- Bio & Contact info
- Launch date for project
- Song details/credits

How long does it take to process and activate my submission?
It takes 5 to 7 business days from the time iBoogie approves submission, receives all required information for artists to be setup in the iBoogie Digital Physical Music database and for music to be processed. It takes around 10 to 14 business days for iBoogie Card production and shipping.

What are the “Digital Masters” requirements?
Audio must be delivered at 16-24-bit resolution as a WAV, AIFF or MP3 file format. Acceptable sample rates are 44.1, 48. Artists make sure to register directly with a PRO (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange) to make sure that your music is properly tracked for SoundScan. (Sound Scan Title Registration)

What is Digital Physical™ Distribution?
iBoogie gives artists the abiltiy to make physical sells with our medium for physical distribution called iBoogie Card™. iBoogie Card™ is similar to CDs and can be treated the same from a retail/merch aspect. With a UPC barcode artists have the option to sell digital music through retail stores or make hand to hand sales. Once in our database, artists can buy iBoogie Card™ for distribution in different quantities as needed.

What is the difference between a Single, EP and Albums?
When creating a submission through iBoogie there are three options, Single, Mixtape or Album. A single is for a one-track release only and the mixtape or album is for multiple tracks.
- Single
- The release is one to three (1-3) tracks.
- The entire release is 30 minutes or less and all individual tracks are less than 10 minutes.
-- EP
- The release has a total of one to three (1-3) tracks, one or more of the tracks is/are 10 minutes or longer and the entire release is less than 30 minutes.
- The release has a total of four to six (4-6) tracks and the entire release is less than 30 minutes.
- Album (Mixtape)
- Releases with seven (7) tracks or more

AM I able to design my own insert?
No, iBoogie does not allow artists to design their own iBoogie Card inserts at this time.

How much should I sell my iBoogie Card™ for?
You can sell iBooge Card for what ever you want to but we suggest: >- Suggested retail prices:

What are the artwork requirements?
Your artwork file must follow these requirements:
3000 x 3000 pixels maximum; 1400 x 1400 pixels minimum
PNG, GIF, JPG, or JPEG file type. Less than 25mb
72 - 300dpi (300dpi is the best)
Unique to this particular title. We cannot accept artwork that has been used for another title. The uploaded image must match your physical album cover artwork. RGB color scheme (not CMYK)
IMPORTANT: If your artist name and the title of your release appear on your cover artwork, it MUST precisely match the information you provided in the submission form of your project. The text should be identical. For instance, if the artist name you provided is 'MC Such & Such' the text on your artwork should NOT say 'MC Such & Such & The Band'" -or even better- "For instance, if the artist name you provided is 'MC Such & Such' the text on your artwork should NOT say 'MC Such & Such Band'.
Please note that generic artwork (such as a solid color square with no text) may not be accepted. We recommend including identifying information on the cover image, so long as it meets our other guidelines.

Copyrighted images
Scan of a CD (it must be retail-ready artwork).
UPC barcodes
Tribute albums where the original artist name is as large as or larger than the performing artist
The cover art refers to physical or digital versions of the album (i.e., CD, Disc, Digital Exclusive, Digital Version, etc).
The cover image is blurry, pixilated or has other quality issues.
The cover art promises content that the album doesn't contain (i.e., "includes DVD", "includes free stickers", etc)
The cover art up-sells to another product (i.e., merch, other albums by same artist, etc)
Graphic depictions of violence or gore
The word "new" or any time-sensitive reference cannot be included.
